Default 100NL allin call against tilt monkey with low pair

Villain (17/15/2) has just lost a huge pot when called allin pre with QQ. He hasnt been showing that he can play well, and I have been winning a few small pots off of him. All this I belive has put him on tilt since he has been doing some quick calls/bets/raises as if he wasnt thinking about anything.

Hero bets $32, BB calls $103.33 (All-In), Hero ?

I know pre flop is questionable but w/e. The reason for the small check raise was I felt I had the best hand and he would most likely fold to any bet I make and how he reacted to my raise would give me a lot of information on his hand.
