Default QQ vs smallish 4-bet PF - 100nl

This happened twice last night.

You're 20/17ish and 3-bet fairly light (if anyone is noticing at NL 100). You're 120BB deep.

laggy player (40/18ish) opens in Hijack/CO for 4BB. You raise in position to 12BB with QQ. They reraise to 40BB.

What do you do? I don't really like any of the options to be honest.

If you push he's only calling with AA/KK and AK, so you're screwed.
Against a really tight/passive player I'll fold, but not someone aggressive.

So I suppose calling is best in position, but you've only got a psb left on flop and you know he's pushing almost any flop.

So is calling here the best option?
