Re: 6.50 to raise or to call? itm decision
allow me to elaborate: basically, I feel like this is not a value bet with a worse hand. This is either a slowplayed full house or a complete bluff. A boat wont fold and a bluff wont call. So I figured a call was the proper action.

Re: 6.50 to raise or to call? itm decision
I didnt think so, check call wasnt really his style for the flop. I feel like he would have c/r'ed or donked with a j.

Re: 6.50 to raise or to call? itm decision
I don't know how this guy plays but full pot usually means monster or bluff to me, I think an average hand would try and bet smaller. Even then it could be close, but the presence of the shortish stack makes this an easy call.

Re: 6.50 to raise or to call? itm decision
This A does make a great bluff card, though the only hand I can see that u beat that also c/c this flop is 10,9.
Meh just call bust shorty soon and play HU. |

Re: 6.50 to raise or to call? itm decision
pf: Raise to 700 pf if villain limps alot.
flop: bet 1/2 the pot to keep the pot small. If you hit your K and villain bets into you on a later street you get a chance to call a smaller bet. turn: standard river: I'd need a read to shove over his bet, this looks like trips that missed some value intending to c/r the turn. I call readless. |

Re: 6.50 to raise or to call? itm decision
I didnt raise because of shorty, thought id just play nice and see a flop. 3/4s is also my standard flop bet that i make with hand/draw/air

Re: 6.50 to raise or to call? itm decision
I bet around half the pot when it gets 4 handed whether I have it, bluffing, or semi-bluffing. Something I don't see enough of is people punishing limpers. I don't play nice so w/e.

even with position, i didnt wanna be playing a big pot with the big stack. Raise + cbet = half my chips
