Default NL500 Facing river bet from fish

41/13.5/1 (1800) - played him quite alot and he calls and raises with ATC. When he made the river bet he made it really quick. Easy fold?
Any one think this is a good spot to double barrel?

not a good spot to double barrel v this type of player imo. the turn card hasnt changed anything so i doubt hes folding a decent pair much.

Call, bet more on flop, $42 looks good. I don't like betting the turn here.

I'd call. 89 and clubs missed. QJ got there. Also, you have shown extreme weakness. 75 into 120 something isn't too expensive.
