Default $1+0.20 Stars BB t150 QJh. How wrong did I play this?

Hi all. I'm new to these forums but been playing online now for a few months and am slowly building up my bankroll. Been playing microstake SNGs for the past week or so and am just wondering how you guys would have played this.

Villian was playing fairly tight+passive till after the bubble then he really loosened up and became a lot more aggressive. He's pushed all-in several with mid pairs and small suited connectors.

So any comments and advice would be appreciated.

Yes, I would suggest looking into some ICM tools...these will make plays like this easier for you in the future. Definately a fold. I like the raise PF but prolly only to 450 with BB t150.

I agree. Raise to 450 preflop and fold to the push. While you may have seen him push suited connectors already at the table, I think you have to give him more credit here, especially when he reraised your overbet. His hand was near the bottom of what I expected to see, but still enough.

Steal raise is fine, but 375-450 is enough to get the job done.

If he's sane, he's pushing over your raise with a much better hand than he would need to open push. (If he's a maniac, you'll get his chips soon enough.) You're way behind his range, so fold.

Ok, thanks for all the advice guys. Hopefully I'll remember it and avoid making this call in the future.
