Poker Academy for 6-max limit holdem

Does anybody know if PA is actually a good trainer for 6-max limit holdem?

I feel like the bots on there aren't anywhere close to the actual play on .25/.50 - 1/2 tables. Thoughts?

they are a hell of a lot better than the real players

any idea on how to dumb them down a little to make it a more accurate simulation of online tables?

I've fiddled around with the Opponent Modeling thing, but they still seem to have erratic raises and re-raises that just don't match real life play.
