Default TPGK cr\'d in rr pot

I've been playing laggy, hitting hands and picking on villain a lot. To this point he has mostly just check/called down unsuccessfully. I've 3bet him a few times already but he has usually given up on the flop.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.40/$0.80 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $157.90
BB: $162.65
UTG: $149.00
Hero (BTN): $254.75

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $2.80</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $10.00</font>, 2 folds, UTG calls $7.20

Flop: ($21.20) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $14.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $34.00</font>

even without a read, i muck this, u then said he doesn't usually play back at u, all the more reason to get rid of it...even if it is 4 handed...

tbh, everything but folding sux imo, calling is bloating the pot

If he's been pretty passive thus far you have to give him this one, IMO.

i think a decent portion of villain's range is bluff's here.

what do you mean by c/c-ing unsuccessfully? were you outflopping him, or catching up?
