Default Getting back into the game, new software questions, etc

Hello everyone
Ive been taking a break from online poker after the whole party poker going away, etc....
I also had an incident with an account being hacked.
Luckily i took my BR out of netteller and used it to put some $$ down on a new car.

I had some money left in PS, and i used it to play SNGs and the occasional MTT.. nothing serious at all, just the occasional game.

recently ive been having fun again.
(i was getting really bored with grinding limit)
Ive decided to go and start playing NL cash games.

Ive got about 10 buy-ins for $25 NL. I feel comfortable playing at that level so i figure its a good place to start.

Anyways, now that ive been away for a while a few things have changed.

I used to run PT, but the computer i was running it on crashed and i lost the data on my HD.
now im in the position to buy new software, but i notice that there are some new ones being developed (holdem manager? and PT2?)
truthfully i didnt read through ALLLLL those posts, i just noticed they are in development.

Since this is primarily for NL ring games and the odd STT and MTT, should i wait until these new programs are out before i buy anything?
i assuming that if i buy PT (again), i wont get the new program for free...
I guess i could wait until they are available.. but i did enjoy using PT.
I know nothing about holdem manager.
What do you all think is the best course of action for me?

I also have some questions about sights.
Back when i was playing hardcore, Party was the place to be
What other sights does everyone reccomend now for Low/Micro NL?
Im at stars now and i enjoy it...
how does FT compare? (seeing as FT offers rakeback)
Any other suggestions for sights to play?
alot has changed since the "shakedown" and im kinda out of the loop.

Oh, one last question... how hard is it to fund accounts now? since Netteller is gone, and personal credit cards dont seem to work, whats the best course of action to fund an account?
luckily ive been able to keep winning with my tiny bankroll, but since im playing with only 10 buy-ins i may need to reload. (i had 13 buyins but ive had a little bad luck for the past 2 days and dropped 3 of em)...

EDIT*****

Are there any new programs that people find very useful?
i also used poker ace HUD and liked it.
but its been a while, and im sure there are all kinds of new programs out.. what are considered the best?

thanks,

-hyp
