u rly should raise PF here & lead flop, even with UTG+1 being a weak ass little bitch u should still raise here.

As played fold, the pot is just to small to be bothered with esp with the nit betting.

The pot is small and all you have is one overcard to the flop.

Your opponent's stats suggest that he is tight. He might be taking a stab at the pot because both you and the BB checked, but it doesnt matter.

Fold. You dont have anything, and the BB is still involved in the hand.

Hero easily folds on the flop. It's a 3 SB pot. UTG+1 seems very tight and probably has something worth betting the flop with.

Also, I'll usually raise pre-flop here.

I did fold the flop. I would've raised preflop if it had been suited, as per SSHE.

Why is ATs a raising hand and ATo a limping hand? Try it without opening a book.

I would normally raise preflop after one limper with ATo, but this guy is so tight that I would rather just limp.

nh but if the limper was a normal loose player then raise pf. He has a PP and you don' have odds.

If you think UTG+1 has a pocket pair then raise preflop to knock out BB and bet the flop. Almost every time UTG+1 doesn't flop a set he'll fold the flop and you'll win it on the flop with a cbet.
