Default NL200 - Standard play with FD in position?

Vs a TAG regular, is this your default play? If not, what other lines do you take, and why/how often?

NL200 Full

Weak player limps UTG, 6 folds, SB TAG completes, Hero in BB checks with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Flop T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($6 pot)

SB bets $6, Hero raises to $17, UTG folds, SB calls

Turn J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($40)

Sb checks, Hero checks

River 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($40)

SB bets $26, Hero folds.

With the nut flush draw, I am more likely to call than raise the flop with a player left to act.

As played, taking the free card then folding to the river miss is a standard play. Semi-bluffing the turn is also done quite frequently. Just depends on how much fold equity you think you have.

I like betting the overcard on the turn here a bit more than checking behind but they should all be mixed in.

I bet the turn quite often because it's an overcard and it has completed a draw. You can win the pot on the turn, you can get called and will be payed big if you hit your FD on the river or you can even win the pot on the river if called because you can fire a third barrel or because he also have a FD or because you hit an ace and river goes c/c. The third barrel is a difficult move and is really player dependant. Some player will call a third barrel in this spot only with 87 or a set or JT. Last but not least you don't mind a c/r on the turn as long as it is not a c/rai which would be a huge overbet. I don't have the stack size but I presume you are both at least 100bb deep. Most of the regular at this level will make the same mistake: when they c/r on the turn they don't do a PSR and thus allow you to draw with very good direct odds and even better implied odds because most of the time they have a draw and will shut up on the river UI or they have a huge hand and will call or lead any river. Don't be afraid to build a huge pot with a draw to nuts.
