PC style mouse/keyboard for a macintosh (Low content)
My mum has always insisted that my computer illiterate dad would be better off with a macintosh. He works as a publishers editor, and basically he usues his computer as a glorified typewriter/net browsing device.
Anyway, he's replacing his old PC with an iMac or whatever they're called and I know that straight off the bat he'll have difficulty with the different keyboard and mouse. Is it possible to get a PC style keyboard (i.e. the mac button out of the way) that will work on a mac? Same for mice? |

Re: PC style mouse/keyboard for a macintosh (Low content)
There isn't that much difference between a PC keyboard and a Mac keyboard, and the Apple key, or soon to be called command key is integral to the OS. You can plug any USB PC mouse into the Mac and it will work, right click and all. The new iMacs have the sexiest stock keyboard on the market so if you insist on getting rid of it I'll PM you my address and you can send it to me.
