Default Penn State

I am going to visit my girlfriend at Penn State this semester. I've heard rumors that it's dangerous to walk around Penn State, namely in a small group.

Do you agree?

Also, should I bring a weapon with me? I was thinking of keeping a knife in my pocket when I visit.

You should probably hire a bodyguard. There are gangs and turf wars going on all over Happy Valley.

When Penn was created West Philly wasn't a bad area.
