Default nl200 aq/passive player bet, river fold?

both villans are very fishy and generally bad players.

the villan who made the river bet is 50/8.6/.85 over 150 hands. Horrible player who takes really weird lines with a large variety of starting hands.

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG calls $2.00, CO folds, Hero raises to $9.00, SB calls $8.00, BB folds, UTG calls $7.00

SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $22.00, SB calls $22.00, UTG calls $22.00

Turn: ($95) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)

River: ($95) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)

does anyone seriously consider folding here?

You kinda induced a bluff, but there aren't many draws and villain has a very low AF. So... you'll have to imagine worse Aces here, which is also kinda unlikely given the 3-way flop and the villain overcalling in a pretty big pot.

So.... I think this river is pretty much 0 EV at best, which means folding is a decent option.
