Default $5NL value bet this river?

I realise I should have raised much more pre-flop.
What else should I have done differently, and why? Thanks.

EDIT: should have said, I was playing at the loosest table I've seen in a while, guys limping in UTG with Axo etc

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (9 handed)

BB ($4.48)
UTG ($3.43)
UTG+1 ($5.94)
MP1 ($4.96)
MP2 ($5.67)
MP3 ($2.16)
Hero ($4.48)
Button ($7.36)
SB ($1.75)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.04, UTG+1 calls $0.04, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP2 calls $0.04, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.12</font>, Button calls $0.12, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $0.08, UTG calls $0.08, UTG+1 calls $0.08, MP2 folds.

Flop: ($0.66) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.4</font>, Button folds, BB folds, UTG calls $0.40, UTG+1 folds.

Turn: ($1.46) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.6</font>, UTG calls $0.60.

River: ($2.66) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, Hero ?

Final Pot: $2.66

Raise 4xbb + 1bb per limper, so that should of been $0.28 preflop.

As played bet more on the flop - about $0.55. Always bet close to the pot, you dont want people drawing cheaply.

Bet alot more on the turn, 2/3 or 3/4 of the pot. Again your giving people nice odds too call.

Bet about $1.50 on the river, you'll see alot of busted draws here that will fold anyway so thats why you need to bet more on the turn and flop.

Also you can make your bets a lot bigger even if there are no limpers, you can open for 4-5x BB and still get the same callers. On the flop I'd bet .70 maybe even $1 since there are draws and if someone calls the others get cheap odds too. The turn I'd bet close to the pot. If the villain seems tricky I might check behind on the river.

Also reload, there are three players that have over full stacks, you want to get max value from them
