Reads would be really helpful. How have you been playing? What about him? Has he 3bet you or anyone else yet?
The fact that he's oop when he raises here and you have no reads would make me just call instead of 4betting. If I planned to get it all in anyhow (like you did here), I would have just 4bet pushed. For a readless 10NL villain though, AA or KK are by far the most likely hands. I'm going to go ahead and call pf I know. I shouldn't as I don't really have odds to setmine these, but I'm going to have trouble just completely folding them. However, when I get to the flop I'm going to make a deal with myself that I'll only continue to play if he keeps the pot really, really small. I'm not going to try to raise or whatnot as I don't think we're good here often enough. Any large bet by villain (even a large cbet) and I'm gone... |

I don't have Pokertracker yet and I just sat down at this table, so no reads. But 1 hand earlier I lost a 3-way all-in when I reraised preflop with AA, others called and I shoved when others led out after flop. I lost to a set of Kings the other made on the Turn.
So maybe this villain thought I was on tilt and raised me because of that. Now that I have told this, would this change the way I should have played? |

[/ QUOTE ] Well, if you are thinking then that he is raising lightly I would definitely play it differently. Because you are a bit short here (something you may want to keep an eye on) a signifcant 4bet is pretty much pot committing us. Therefore, I would probably shove pf, particularly if villain is aggressive postflop. OTOH, if I'd chosen to just call pf and I knew villain was raising ligtly, I'd be willing to get it all in on this flop. |

he is a not crazy, i would probably fold this. 4-betting usually means AA, KKs, AK, maybe. At best this is a coinplip.

Once half your stack goes, so does the other.

Reload before this hand. This may have made this possible to lay down.
