Default $200 NL | I always mess this up

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $210.45
BB: $348.65
UTG: $76.00
MP: $132.20
CO: $197.00
BTN: $216.20

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, MP calls $2.00, <font color="red">CO raises to $10.00</font>, BTN folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $35.00</font>, 2 folds, CO calls $25.00

Flop: ($74) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $36.00</font>, [i]Hero..

Villain is greg1osu who I have as a 17/10/3.2 over 500ish hands. The ONLY hand that I beat here after he calls my 3-bet is AK or JJ. I don't see him calling with much else that I'm ahead of on that flop. So do I push and hope he has AK or be a huge nit and fold? Everytime I push I run into AA/KK and everytime I fold he shows JJ so its a tricky spot.
