Default 3/6 Value shove this river vs a Whale?

Baluga Whale that is.....He is a good TAG. I was a little lost on this river. Should I be value shoving this, or checking? As for history, we've had our battles but we don't play with each other terribly often so I'm not sure what he thinks of me. He probably views me as a Laggy TAG who's capable of getting tricky and whatnot but I don't know....this hand was also early in the session. I think he can def look me up with TT-KK here but I felt he could also be trapping. I have about $400 left on river.....Thoughts?

btw i meant "very quickly" as in the timing of how fast you did it rather than that it was a very easy decision.

Looks like he thinks you are bluffing when he calls the turn, so itīs pretty much a question of how light he calls your raise and whether he will shove turn to protect if he has something decently strong like a set or call to induce.
I think itīs pretty close on the river.

Your justification for your line? He double barrels the turn w/ too wide of a range?

Yea I got that, I didn't shove quickly though because I was in kind of a WTF type of spot and wanted a moment to put the pieces together.

I raise the flop in this spot almost always, but I wanted to disguise my hand since Baluga knows that a raise from me on this flop is usually a draw. Also, this line looks sick strong IMO.
