Call the flop. He could have anything: flush draw, naked AQ, AQ with a diamond, small flush. If you are behind you have outs to make a boat/quads. He may have a small flush and another diamond may give you a free look at the river to boat up.

C/r a 3 way pot when you're closing the action= super strong. I seriously think fold is best.
