you have to call 70 to win 176 so you call has to be right once every 2.5 times...
its an akward spot, since i cannot see villain valuebetting a weaker hand in this spot allot of the time, but he priced you in , so you have to call

he definnitely raises a 9 here, and may even be raising hands like KcT, KcJ, random 2 pairs etc. dont see why he would bet a flopped flush so tiny on the turn
