What's the standard line in a spot like this vs. a 4-tabling 8% roi TAG?

Folding, calling, or raising could be right here. What kind of player is he? If he is weak tight I might call, with position, and take it away from him. If he is real lose, I might move in. This question is so player dependent. With the blinds at this level, you should know something about this opponent by now. In conclusion, it's impossible to say without knowing something about your opponent.

Fold.

If his range is looser, a push is OK but I don't see the need.

3x raise is weird with his stack. Unless he interprets 10BB very strictly, he's probably very strong here. Or he just didn't take the time to check his stack before making his standard raise.

I don't see why your stack size is awkward. It'd be a fine open push if it limped/folded to you and it's perfect for RRAI - you can RRAI with up to 30BB without being remotely OTT, if that's what's bothering you.

reads are pretty important here i think, a shove or a fold would be fine depending on those reads...

I fold this given your read. I'm generally only shoving AQ here against known fish.
