Default Trainer in Vegas

I have decided to hire a personal trainer, I think its the only way I'll get motivated to work out. I have a fully equiped gym and pool on my roof, so I want the trainer to come to me.
1) I'm out of shape, but I'm still semi-thin. I had an accident 3 years ago so I have only 40 degrees or rotation. 2 years prior I had rotator cuff surgery due in part to working out while doing butterflys.
2) I have very little strengtgh compared to what i used to have.
3) I have always been gym phobic, I don't like people watching me, but I also know that this is the only way I'll get healthy again

with this background, can someone recommend a good trainer who can work with and around my physical limitations? I'm not looking to bulk up, just become lean, regain stamina, and feel healthy. Alternatively can you recommend a good source to find a qualified trainer I will trust in my home? Craig's List seems like a horrible idea, there must be better options.

Thanks. I am at a point in my life where I have to make a decision, to I want to slowly become flabby and unhealthy as I get older, or do I want to do something proactivly now. Its interesting because I have never been overweight (I'm still not, I'm 179 lbs and 6"), but I can see myself as the thin old guy with a big belly in 20 years if I don't.

I am sure alot of people are going for the same results as you. Most personal trainers will be able to make a good program for you.

You def. dont want a huge intense meathead that will yell at you. I am sorta like that and I even hate those guys.
