Default 50NL - folded 2nd flush - am I a donkey?

I don't have stats on villain, but he seems reasonable. Certainly aggressive and a bit trappy.

So, am I a donkey?

This is a pretty bad fold. Yes you are good here way more than 33% of the time.

for some reason i can see villain showing 88... bets flop, checks boat on turn and bets river...
im 100% calling river bet as we are good here too much to fold...

Why?(the call part)
If you get raised, you don't have odds to call and can be drawing dead a good % of the time

well, i'd bet for value so that i can stack him on the river.

once i bet, the odds that we have the best hand are too good to fold, in my opinion. villain can easily have a lower flush and should probably have jammed such a drawy flop with a set.

He is not going to shove a lower flush...If he wanted to push his draw he would have done it on the flop.
he is more likely to just call with a set on the flop than to shove a draw on the turn.
If he raise your flop bet your to oftendad to continue, and don't even have odds to draw.
once he raises you on the turn that smaller flushes are a small part of his range.
don't disagree necessarly disagree with a turn bet but you have to muck when raised
