AA 160BB deep. Do we stack of on this flop?

This may be trivial, but lately I have been going too far in semideep reraised pots a few times and I am starting to question hands that may be simple?

Villain here is 25/20/af 2,2 over 150 hands. I havent noticed him in any reraised pots so far, but I am 6 tabling and may have missed it.

I bet 140, he calls.

I check and he bets $380. Is this AK and air enough to check raise all in readless? Do you prefer just betting turn?

I would probably just go ahead and bet the turn. As played you have a hell of a dilemna in front of you. I really think this is a set pretty frequently. I doubt air makes up enough of his range to compensate for running into KK/QQ.
