Default NL100 - AQ, misplayed? and in a sticky situation...

Villain in this hand and I have smoe history, he is a 35/24/3 player over a significant sample size...We have played a lot of decent sized pots vs each other over the past few weeks. I have notes on him that say "Stacks off w/ TP2K in non raised pot," "Likely views me as weak tight, comments he makes in chatbox back this up," "Not afraid to pull of stupid andbig bluffs." I feel like he constantly is trying to make plays vs me. It just feels like he goes out of his way to mess with me...

However, the past few times we have gotten involved in some decent pots he has had some legitament holdings. And the past few days he has definatly toned down his agression vs me...

BB is a bad player 31/7/1 over 500 hands. Buton is also a bad player 19/3/2 over 350 hands. No notes or reads on either of them though, aside from me mentally taking note that they are awful.

Would a lead be best? What do you think best flop line on this board is??

I know this is mainly read dependent and everything, but given the description of villain and the history I described. Does everyone here call? What range are we putting him on?

Thanks in advance for the replies, hopefully we can get some insight into all streets and not just whether to call or fold on the river...

Pre-flop is a very easy 3-bet. Make it $11 to go.

As played I lead flop.

As played I probably call river based on history. You're only beaten by 55.

I 3bet to $12 PF. If he'll stack off light with TP, an SPR of 4 is ideal and you can get it in confidently on this flop.

3 bet preflop is best, i like flop lead also but definitly slow down when called, as played this is a fold because I dont see how he could bluff this river given that your bets look strong in multi way pot (almost like a slow play)

3bet preflop for value.

Think it's fine either 3-betting pre (24pfr is pretty huge, so leaning toward 3-bet pre moreso)

I'd have led that flop, trying to string along some flush draws..unless you were going for a CR. Leading the turn is fine on that relative blank of a card...but villain could possibly have some 2x combination (A2?) Who knows what he has at this point, could be a big pocket pair he's slowplaying too.

He comes alive on the river, which is the usual sign of "LOL SLOWPLAYED!" from a bad player. I'd have to let this one go. I still like leading the flop and checking one of the later streets to him (on blank cards).

Yea not 3betting preflop was one of the things I misplayed, which leads us to this sticky river spot, since w/ a 3bet we would have had a much better idea of his range...

I called he had AhJh.

I like Renton's line... call on river seems marginal though. c/c river is best one of reasons being because we can induce bluff from him.
