You can already preorder it on Amazon, same with Miller and Sklansky's NL book.

Probably you'll be able to order it here sometime within the next month. The authors haven't delivered the final manuscript yet so we usually don't like to accept pre-orders until that happens. They're telling me the manuscript will be delivered in the middle of March but those dates are always flexible. Then it should take us about two more months to produce the book, thus we're now saying May 15.
