JJ OOP in a 3-bet Pot ($100 NL)
I don't have that much history with villain, but his stats were 16/14/5.

Re: JJ OOP in a 3-bet Pot ($100 NL)
I usually lead out for about 5/8 of the pot. I'd probably fold to a raise from this villain if our read is dependable.

check/call flop...if he bets again on the turn you probably have to fold if the only read you have is stats.
leading out sucks, hardly any worse hands are calling. |

c/c flop then give up to any more action

Re: JJ OOP in a 3-bet Pot ($100 NL)
This is one crappy spot for sure. I think that, while weak, check calling is the best play here.
If you were to bet out, you either fold out worse hands or get raised, both of which are not ideal (although getting them to fold isn't horrible). Just a crap spot. Check call the flop and go from there, leaning towards folding to any other action, post flop. |

Nothing else fellas? I'm curious to hear other thoughts vs an unknown or is this too standard?

Re: JJ OOP in a 3-bet Pot ($100 NL)
c/c flop, c/f turn is really the only viable line here if villain is decent and you have no history. Your average TAG isn't going to be jamming the turn with worse often at all.

What was your image at the table ? I check/call usualy, but if you have a tight image at the table then I check/fold.
