$100 - Do I make the hero call?

So villain was bad... bad to the extent of 85/15/1 over 40 hands or so, and was going back and forth with another player, so maybe a little tiltish.
I checked the river hoping to induce some sort of bluff from a missed flush, but not to this extent... so do I make the call? I haven't been playing much, and I think I showed down one hand, 75s for trip 5s.

Edit: I guess its not that much of a hero call, per say, but its pretty thin.

I lead the river here against a poor opponent. I think you may be ahead but most opp's won't push a river over a bet with nothing.

I don't see how you can call here.. I feel checking gives him the one way to win the pot with nothing at all.

The only reason you check this river is to induce, I would call this, your gonna see so much junk cause this guy probably doesn't even know hand values.
