Default Need help finding a program for me

My stats: 5'10, 185 lbs

My goals:
Lose fat
Gain muscle mass and tone (change my body composition) -- I do not want to get huge

My tools:
At home, I have a treadmill, a bench, barbell and weights and dumbells
A lot of desire

My criteria:
Need to be able to do my exercise at home
Need the program to incorporate a complete diet, together with lifting

I have experience with lifting, cardio, etc. but I am week on the nutrition part. I am really looking for a comprehensive plan. Can someone recommend a system, book or website?

Thanks.
