My first orbit, this guy is a loose/passive tag, runs about 24/15/2, he cant call here without 66 right?

gross, no. This looks like 67 (counterfeited on river) or some other boderline hand that really doesn't want a call. It sure doesn't look like diamonds.

He'll call here with 88+ imo.

this is so terrible

if they're at all decent, they know you never have better than a straight after you check flop

if they're terrible they're never folding a straight

this is such incredibly terrible spew

fwiw i know the villain and i think he plays pretty straightforward.

i think this bluff is +ev against this guy; you guys don't seem to be attempting much handreading. this guy needs a flush or a boat to call (and he might even fold some flushes). he bets the flop with a set. he might bet the flop with a flush draw. i doubt he raises the turn with a flush draw. i put him squarely on a 5 and i don't see him calling much.
