Default [x] hero is confused

I've been unhappy with some of my play in pots of this size the last couple days because it seems I'm always stuck and don't want to make the calls anymore. So that factored into play here, for sure. But over all I'm playing well still at the table- like 26/19 or so and stealing a lot of hearts and blinds.

Villain here is 40/13/1.6 and he's never check raised the flop before- in 30 hands. Some people will read a lot into those stats, others not so much. I'm not sure how I feel about them being reliable.

So obviously the questions, on each street:
Flop: bet? call?
Turn: call? raise? fold?
River: call? fold?

Blind vs blind, I definitely play preflop and flop the same. Turn is pretty small, I think I raise to 80 and don't put any more money in the pot.

This is wierd. Flop is fine. Turn is good, raise/fold might be ok aswell, but given the fact he seems fairly passive I think calling is best. River could go either way but I think I fold putting him on a flush or 66/33 very very often.

Raise turn to $48 to find out what he has...

As played theres not enough info for me to fold there in a blind battle

i think im raising this turn up big time. you have position on him, and his range looks pretty big here.

as played, i snap call the river.

Are you stacking off here? This is absolute and both are 200 BB deep.

i honestly dont know if i would or wouldnt without actually being there in the hand and seeing how i feel about everything. im leaning towards a no. if i raised the turn and he shoves...id puke and fold.

(ive played AP 200bb deep for years, if that matters at all)

Can you explain why this is an easy snap call?
