Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 Players)
Hero raises to $1.00, MP folds, CO calls $1.00, 3 folds

Flop: ($2.35) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

please lead this flop, you usually have the best hand here. as played, i put him on 22, 88, 99, or 89s, maybe TT or JJ which = fold.

Why are you check raising?

As played I'd probably call and see a turn, since his raise is so small. I would probably fold to most turn bets (unless we pick up a set or OESD) since this type of raise is usually a big hand.

yeah lead lead lead, you want to have pot control on this hand as it could possibly RIO here
you could win a little but loose alot
i dont think you can call in this particular spot if you think for two seconds about the money that call means for later streets.unless an big scare card comes on the board like an A or something...your pretty much screwed, so you fold

but next time : if a hand is worth a call its usually better to bet yourself, if you get raised, you can RRaise him! if he goes all in its an easy much, if he calls hes prob gonna give you free cards till the river, if no draw hit on the board you could call a river bet depending on how tough villain is

Fold.
Difficult to imagine that an unknown has got anything you're beating right now.
You have to think he's got two pair (89), a set, or - despite his preflop action - a pocket pair bigger than yours.

So the consensus is I should lead here, if we do do we b/f, 3bet or b/c a PSR.
I'm thinking call with it been a drawy board but I'm not sure. I'd call (Editr raise) with AA/KK/QQ, JJ with out a read but TT I'm not 100% if I should be. Thoughts?

I'd say against a normal opponent who will re-raise JJ+ in position, TT isn't much different from AA from your point of view.

I'd say you're beat most of the time, but his re-raise is so lame, you have to call, and see what the turn brings.

BTW I hate the flop check-raise.
