Default Villains turn action does not compute

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $112.03
BB: $98.50
UTG: $157.24
BTN: $75.49

Reads: Villain is 21/11/12 over 95 hands at this table.

I have been 24/19/1.1 over roughly the same sample.

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG folds, BTN calls $1.00, Hero calls $0.50, BB checks

Flop: ($3) 7 T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero bets $2.50, BB raises to $9.00, BTN folds, Hero calls $6.50

Turn: ($21) 2 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB checks

OK my flop call might be really bad, feel free to mention it if this is the case, but that is not what I mainly want to discuss with this thread.

so: I thought villains range for raising the flop was kinda strong. However, what is his range after he also checks the turn? More content to come.

He's BB in a limped pot, so when he checks the turn my guess is he has tp ok kicker. The flop raise is likely to slow you down for pot control, and I wouldn't be surprised if the river when chk/chk

This could be a random 8, hearts, a weak/medium ten, etc etc

I three bet the flop a lot here since I think I can get him to fold a large portion of his range that I'm currently behind.

Regarding the turn checkbehind

He could very easily be raising with a draw for a free card with either a straight draw or worse hearts especially given preflop.

A weak T that wanted to charge draws but also exercise pot control makes sense as well. Don't see his turn play as very weird here at all.

not that villains line is good at all, but this is usually why they take this line.
