Long time lurker, 1st real post... With what we have in the pot, and what is already there I think we almost have to call here..... But this is 10nl, and most villains aren't sick Agro... What is the consensus here, and why????

4 bet is horrible. Fold to 3 bet.
As played, you probably still have to fold, as you're getting about 2.5:1 odds, and you're probably up against AA KK QQ here.
