Default NL10 AA against coordinated board.

Villain was pretty solid. Table image is TAG. I'm guessing I should bet pot next time?

make the 4 bet bigger, like $4 so you can shove any flop w/o it being an overbet

Pretty meh play against a solid opponent. Anyone decent calling that reraise will have JJ,QQ,KK,AA,or AK. The flop bet is kinda okay as it might induce a shove from QQ, but I'm most likely folding to his reraise

p.s. stop playing at all my tables

No way you can fold aces in a 4bet pot

Good initial aggression on the flop.

But to the $8 re-raise on the paired flop, alarm bells start ringing given the villain's TAG image. I would fold to that re-raise.

FWIW, I would have bet pot with trips top two kicker (AK, KQ)

would you really fold to the flop raise when the pot is 17$ and you have 5$ left?

$6.35 pot with $7.95 left in our stack. We may not like the flop, but I think we already commited to this hand pre-flop. I don't think the discussion should be whether or not to call on the flop. What's the most effective way to get the money in on the flop? I think I check raise all in or check call all in, whichever it ends up being. I think leading folds AJ, QQ, and I would rather they come along. I'm not thrilled about this spot, but like I already said, I think we already committed ourselves to this pot.

Good point, alex. I paid no attention to my stack size!

I would still fold the flop raise. I think about 70% of the time we're gonna be an 85/15 dog and about 30% a 85/15 favorite (or 90/10 against QQ). I guess this is kind of splitting hairs. I'd have folded and saved my half a buyin.
