[25nl] JJ facing an all in after probe bet on the flop

I made the little smallish bet so if he called i could push the turn, if he raised i thought he had an overpair so i folded, but would AK reraise me all in in this spot?

I fold here every time, villains raise on the flop says KK/AA. He seems way too excited when he raises all in.
