Default Play?

No reads on villian, I'm simply generalizing the player base of .5/.10

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $3.05
BB: $16.05
Hero (UTG): $11.30
CO: $8.50
BTN: $19.45

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $0.40</font>, CO calls $0.40, BTN folds, SB calls $0.35, BB calls $0.30

Flop: ($1.60) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $0.10</font>, BB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.50</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $2.00</font>, SB folds, Hero calls $1.50

Turn: ($5.70) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $4.00</font>, Hero...?

Pot Size: $9.70 ($0.25 Rake)

Your flop raise should be bigger.

I think you should fold. I think CO has a set/2 pair here a lot.

I either fold the flop, or call with the plan of felting turn. Against a very tight player fold, against a aggro probaly felt.

Also, ~2 at the flop.

You can't just generalize players. Lots of nits at NL10.

Flop is awful, def raise more here.

Also, you need to put a bet in on the turn. Checking, coupled with your tiny flop bet, makes you seem weak, much weaker than you are in fact.

As played, fold to villain's turn bet.

Yep. Flop raise should be at least 2/3 pot, so at least $1.30. I'd go $1.50.

generally if someone min-bet-donks into me then i just make it the size of the pot as it was on the flop ie 1.60 here.

With his min bet I figure x5 would do the trick for a fold. I wasn't expecting a reraise. Being out of position caused my turn check. If pushed I would fold, I think I got out of it rather cheaply though.

the ammount in the pot is what matters. most standard raise ammounts are based on reasonable bets and their relation to the pot.
