Default Missing value on river w/ flush? 100NL CASH

Villain is like 65/35. He's loose and very very bad. He's passive most of the time (will c/c 3 streets w/ flopped TP), but will take stabs at pots and will bet/get AI with a weak draw.

Sometimes I'll lead or c/r the flop, but against this villain I was perfectly happy to wait until I hit to build a pot. Same goes for the turn, but I think a better case can be made for a bet there. On the river, he had never made that play before, and it really froze me. The nut flush and all boats are most definitely in his range. I didn't think he was capable of raising me with worse. I don't think he had raised once (postflop) yet in the session. Am I missing a ton of value, or is this a good flat call?

Good call IMO. Reopening the betting here could S-U-C-K. He'd have to be a huge fish to call river 3-ball w/ an naked 8 or 5-hi flush.
