iPoker [/ QUOTE ] In general yes it's soft, but at shorthanded tables there's pretty much these 15/6 type players. |

Loosest or most beatable? I find Bodog to be the loosest, but Stars a better BB/100 rate.

Kind of pointless for most people to answer, since the majority of players probably haven't played more than one or two of these sites. I'm pretty sure I've seen about a dozen threads like this recently too. None of them produced much in the way of useful replies IMO.

Re: Which site has the loosest $.50-$1.00 nlh?
this, like so many others created without critical thought, is a frankly bad poll.
poll 1 is stupid because: why would 2p2 estimations of a site be the best way to determine the size of the site? www.pokersitescout.com has the detailed records. it also leaves off obvious alternatives (hello partypoker!). the world does not revolve around the US, and this is obviously an internet forum. poll 2 is stupid because: it makes no sense to merely compare one vs the other like this. obviously, the biggest sites, which have the most players, will have the most votes because of the voting group, they represent the largest segment. you would be better to get voters to rank each site from 1 to 5 (fishiest to least fishy) and look at the numerical results for each site. even this will have the bias i described above, but at least it will be lessened (presumably the overwhelming majority of players believes that they are playing on the most profitable site). if player A has only played at full tilt and absolute, in your poll, he will obviously vote for one of these answers - because he can only rank out of his own perception. player A, in my hypothetical poll, can contribute what he thinks of those sites, without corrupting the data relative to the other sites. i have a database of around 3million mined hands from party, and would be willing to compare generic, population-wide, stats with someone from another site if anyone is genuinely interested in the answer. |
