Default live 6/12-TT fold to 3-bet on the flop?

9-handed, Saturday night, mixture of typical loose passive 6/12ers and two slumming 15/30ers whose game was broken.

One of the slumming 15/30ers whom I've never played with but reminds me of a Asian Tom Cruise raises after two players fold. I am next and 3-bet with TT. Button and both blinds call, Tom Cruise 4-bets, I call, and the rest call.

Flop is A76 rainbow.
Tom Cruise bets, I raise, button calls, Tom Cruise 3-bets, and I fold.

Standard or am I being too weak-tight here? I don't see how he 3-bets here without at least an Ace, and I don't think that I have the odds to call down with another caller.
What do you think?

Uh...you turn a set 1 time in 22 or so and the pot's 27SB when you folded. I'm not sure whether I call or fold the flop given the gigantic pot but bad relative position (probably fold because I think we get raised a significant portion of the time and I'm willing to pretty much assume someone has an A when the pot was 5 handed for 4 bets; you have opponents other than PFR you know). I'm pretty sure that raise/folding is close to the worst thing you could possibly do.

Definitely too weak-tight. You really should have capped that flop! It's a great flop for you, especially given the preflop action. What can they possibly have that beats you?

Mr. C. I think on this FLOP considering the action PF I would have folded. Especially with someone behind that liked his hand enough PF to call 3 cold. It will cost you a lot of money to see that your TT was not good most of the time.

Peace,
Mygtar

I'd say that you can safely dump this hand on this flop.

Kit-That is good point about the seeing where I'm at line. I used to take that a bit and it is just usually a waste of chips. I think you were the one who hit me with that sledge some time many moons ago.
