Default [25NL] flopped set

Sorry no HH, FTP froze and for some reason my hand histories got corrupted.

6-max, everyone has $25+. UTG raises to .85 I call from UTG+1 with 66, folds around to SB and BB who both call.

Flop comes AK6 rainbow, UTG leads out for a little less than pot.

I call on the flop, SB and BB fold. How do you guys feel about the flop call.

Turn comes a 4 completing the rainbow. UTG checks.

What's your plan for the rest of the hand.

Bet the turn, hope he has AK and get his stack. If he has QQ you wont get much from him anyway.

Why is this a question?

I took that exact line, its not a question like "am I beat or not" the question is, given villains preflop range, whats the way to make the most money.

Value bet 2/3-3/4 of the pot on Turn and River. I think AQ calls you down and you get AK's stack. Unless you think he'll bluff/make a move on the river, aren't you trying to just extract value from a strong ace on all streets?

Just bet 2/3- 3/4 pot on turn and river and hope he calls. I dont think you can extract much here. It looks like he doesnt have anything. A strong ace wont check turn here.

If villain can't call a flop bet, then I don't think you really want him catching a card that can improve enough to give you action on the river. If he has 77-QQ, he's done with the hand unless he rivers a better set, so a turn bet makes sense. Since he bet into three players on the flop, though, there's a good chance he has AK/AQ/AJ, so a turn bet still makes sense. Only time a check really makes sense is if he has KQ/KJ, but that's not going to be all that often. Bet something like 40-70% of the pot and see what happens.

RAISE the flop BET the turn..NO need to slowplay the flop likely hit villains range...Slowplaying in a multi-way pot like this is a mistake..You are looking to get max value from villains strong hands not extract and extra little bet from the weaker hands in his range...

i second raising the flop. 4 players and an AK on the board, you want to blow up this hand as fast as possible.

every time I slowplay a set I end up regreting it...this is a dream flop for 66, get as much money in on the flop is possible.
