Default Hand vs. goofball

Commerce 40. goofball knows how I play, I know how he plays, and we both know he's better than I am.

I open in the hijack with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], goofball 3-bets on the button. The Dude folds in the SB, BB folds too. I call.

Flop is A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I check, goofball bets, I call.

Turn is 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I check, goofball bets, and I... ?

Call again, river is going to be extremely tough when he bets but you have to make him at least bet one more time.

How does he play? I'll assume he is spazzy because everyone is spazzy. Either fold now or call turn and fold river because he isn't expecting you to fold if he bets on the river.

Also if he is 3betting you light pf then pretty hands like these are good to sometimes 4bet OOP.

He's pretty aggressive, he's pretty good, he doesn't make too many mistakes.

A day earlier we got tangled up in one pot where somehow I ended up with KcJx on the button and he had TT (no club) in the SB, the flop was all low clubs, he bet, a limper called, I raised, he 3-bet, I called, he bet the turn, I called, the river was the Ks and he bet again and I called, and he shot me a look at showdown.

You can't fold and you need to put 2 more bets into the pot. Maximize your fold equity(assuming you have a good image) and raise the turn. If he calls/raises we are done with the hand.

I like this line better than calling down. Nothing worse than paying off QQ on river.

Call quickly to do a reverse fake strength tell. He'll think you're faking strength and bet the river with his KT or whatever.

"I like this line better than calling down. Nothing worse than paying off QQ on river."

What about getting threebet on the turn because we took a relatively unrealistic line?

Then we lay the hand down.

His hand is good a lot here, we don't give a free card, and every once in awhile get a better(non-ace) hand to fold.
