Default NL50 Am I too weak tight?

Assume 100BB stacks.

Hand 1
Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $1.75, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($7.25, 4 players)
BB bets $7.25, Hero calls, 2 folds.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($21.75, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

River: 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($21.75, 2 players)
BB bets $21.75, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: $21.75 returned to BB.

Results:
Final pot: $21.75

Villian is 29/19/3 If I bet the turn I will have crossed the "comittment threshold." The PSB river be looks like a miss turn cr to me. I would have called a smaller bet. Do you play this hand the same?

Hand 2
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
2 folds, CO raises to $1.75, Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, CO calls.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($12.75, 2 players)
CO bets $7, Hero calls.

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($26.75, 2 players)
CO bets $13, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: $13 returned to CO.

Results:
Final pot: $26.75

Should hero raise the flop all in or play as I did? If we raise, we have crosssed the "commitment threshold." I think I played too weak here and should have committed to this hand on the flop. What do you think?

1: Raise flop, bet turn. Call river. (No idea why you folded there. He's not going to commit himself to the pot with a 3)

2: R a i s e flop. Fold turn

first hand is weird because your hand isn't well defined, he could be betting a pretty wide range of hands. You're getting 2:1 I think youre good enough to call.

second hand I raise flop probably fold turn.

First hand, fold QKos UTG. Too weak a holding to play in that position.
Raise flop and fold to reraise.

2nd hand, why would you not raise that flop? He likely has Ahxh, and you were initial bettor, make him pay for another card.

Hand #1

Whether he knows it or not villain is showing tremendous strength leading into 3 opponents...I do not like a raise because it will committ abot 60% of our stack and if some one shoves it's a very expensive fold or call...I want to control the size of this pot the best I can(it's allready getting to big for my taste)...I play this hand the same..

Hand #2

I am raising to $22 on the flop..As played fold is good...

Queen with lower kicker, A-8, or something alike. Unless he's a total donk, he wouldn't call raises like that with a 3 in his hand. Which he may be, of course, but I still call here.

For all those trying to stack off on the first hand, this doesn't really make sense. Why would villain pot river like that?

The flop is so dry that Hero is obv not on a draw here, so villain doesn't need to bluff river because Hero is already weak, he would likely c/c to induce bluff. This looks an awful lot like 88/33.

Second hand - raise that [censored]
