Yeah, 99% of the time I bet flop and turn, but was thinking any player could "put me on AK", raise 88 and then I'd fold and cry, this time I tried doing something different and not sure if it's good or not

You are not raising for value, unless he has something like 6s5s...
I'm a bit skeptical about this "let's turn my AA into a bluff hand".
Do you ever check/call a flop like that with AK ?

I am raising for value actually
Well, if villain has a set, I'm smoked, but:
continuation check is bluff inducing and you'd probably bet any 2 in vilains position on flop
second barrell inducing turn check making him think I'm a fish???
villains range here might be: any PP, QJs, KQs and maybe some random junk and i'm 75% favourive vs 22-JJ, QJ, QK

He is 15/10, I don't think he is overlimping much with a Q lp. 22-77 might be in his range, but I think it's mostly composed of low SC , 2 gappers...
A read on UTG would help too. If he is very tight pf and his known to limp/reraised a lot, then we can widen the range of CO a bit and include some Q and some higher PP.
On the other hand if UTG is a calling station fish, then CO range get more weighted toward low PP and low SC.

I agree that your line look very bluffy, fishy... that you might get overlooked by 77 or 88. But I would prefer this if you were unknown to him.

I would never take this line, but I don't hate it.

this is good against loose players that are really bad at handreading. it can also be good if your opponent is thinking too much and outlevels himself by putting you on a fourth level bluff, but I'm guessing that's not your intention here...
