villain loaded up a bunch of games so i sorta gave him credit for having a hand w/the re-raise. also just started playing 16s tonight so i don't have a great read on him, but figured this was ok? played with him a couple times seemed pretty solidish to me. pretty consistant winner on SS, etc.

Yes fold this. the UTG open raise isn't exactly non scary either. A solid regular reraising range is very narrow and you aren't beating it.
