Default $50 NLTRN, TPTK NFD, flop 3b or turn lead/cr decisions

Reads: Villain ran at 51/19.4/7.5 over 31 hands. This is hand 16 of match. He minraised me in h1 and folded to my river raise when I sucked out:

Since then we have played small pots, no larger than 6bb. This is his first raise since h1.

I think he is right. So, should I flat call and lead turn? Is it criminal not to 3b (push?) flop? I want to extract maximum value, not fold him out.
