100 DOLLARS TO 20,000 Is this possible????????
I live in Las Vegas. I have been crushing 2-5NL live for the past two years, But all I do is dream of playing the highest stakes online.. I see all of the highest games online and I want to be there.. I read how Brian Townsend went from 25.50.NL up to the stakes he is playing now. Now my live poker roll is 45,000. I have deposited more than 3000 in the past online and have went broke everytime.. So Have made a commitment to myself to try this for the next 15 months. I have deposited 100 dollars in full tilt..i started at .5 10.NL.. I have played 180,000 hands in three months and moved up one level.. My bank roll is now at 1200. Then the worst run i have ever been on in my life. I have lost 11.5 buy ins at 25NL 6 max in my last 3800 hands.. Its only 287.50 I just think it is impossble to lose that many buyins and not want to jump off the top of the Bellagio.. It's not the money i just don't know if i can grind at these stakes.. Should I keep this dream of taking 100 dollars to the moon or just Withdrawl and take the 1000 i have to the strip club.. 11 buy in downswings thru 3800 hands makes me think i am just wasting time.. This would be a great achievement.. I will let the viewers of this thread make up my mind on this one. You guys are the most respected poker forum in the world... What is it going to be?? Quit or withdrawl

your not going to find much sympathy here buddy, but i do agree that .25nl online is harder then 2/5 live..live is sooooooo soft..learning to crush those games will make you an even better player live, so i think you should keep trying. get some rb and dont be a lagtard and you should be fine.
