Push looks standard to me.
It's effectively 6-handed when you act, AJ is a strong hand and you have good FE because you cover everyone - the medium stacks in particular will want to avoid you at all costs. This is probably the last time the shorties in the blinds can afford to fold, so take their chips while you can. |

^^ I noticed that this was posted just after another AJ thread, where you point to another of your AJ threads - both threads saying it's a fold.
Just in case there is a connection here ... the difference is that you're open pushing instead of calling/repushing with it. This gives you fold equity because your opponents have to find a hand they can call you with - instead of you hoping to have caught them at the bottom of their range. AJ figures to be the best hand at the table a lot of the time - unless you already have evidence that it might not be (ie in the form of a raise ahead of you). |
