you dont beat anything but a bluf on the river when he checkminraised you on the turn (usually sign of a very very strong hand)

OP. The minraise on the turn is very scary. The board on the river sucks. You are behind almost everything. You should probably fold. However, betting more on the flop drives out some of the weaker draws that all showed up on the turn and river.

Without reads, I probably call. It's not a fun spot but I think part of the problem is that when you're up against a shortstack , who looks like they just posted UTG as well, they'll do very erratic things and this guy could have anything. I probably just put him in on the turn because I'm not folding any rivers. Sure you could run into a boat here or straight on the turn, but keep in mind he has a random hand.
