Default Poker gives me heartburn

Serious - i never had heartburn until i started playing poker and ive had it for a year. Ive just had a month off from poker and the heartburn went.

Been playing for 2 days and of course its back. Whats going on?

Stress, could be stress induced reflux (stomach acid flowing back up) or less likely a small ulcer developing.

Go see a doctor to see if he can help, but most likely you are stuffed. No more poker that is.

Perhaps some relaxation excersises between poker sessions could help you. Breathing excersises to calm you down during play could help. Often breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, big slow breaths all the way down into your stomach, can calm the system down.

You could have an ulcer that is getting aggrivated by being stressed out from poker. Also, do you drink tons of coffee/eat sugary foods while playing?
