Default AA on River

Do you make a blocking bet here to control the pot size or do you check to induce a bluff from busted draws. Villian is a fish (60/0/0) who will call a pre flop raise with almost any two cards once he has limped in.

Against this monkey, I'm potting every street.

Note: Checking river is bad as he is vvvv unlikely to bluff busted draws or bet pretty much anything else and we miss a ton of value from his range

Bet more on the turn. And bet the river against someone with stats like this. They'll pay you off with something like QT or KQ.

Bet more on flop/turn so you can put him in on river.

Villain is 0 AF! How can you check call? Seriously, this guy is like mad calling station. I'd pot flop, pot turn, shove river all day against this kind of player. And half the time expect to get called by like Q3.

Your flop and turn bets should be bigger IMO. Get more value, possibly find out more where you're at. Despite his being a terrible player, this flop is dangerous as is the turn. 2 pairs and straight could have hit. (The flush could have but didn't).
